2024 Learning and Innovation Summit

It’s never too early to start! The World of Work approach to teaching demonstrates that teachers can integrate career development in the classroom, starting in the earliest grades. Blended with this effort is the belief that equity for all students should include a path to fruitful and fulfilling employment. This session will introduce different educational websites to enhance the student's classroom learning experience. You will be guided through a realistic science lesson, allowing students to explore their strengths, interests, and values through research, a hands-on activity, and a presentation of learned ideas. Participants will leave with a catalog of technological online resources they can apply to their classrooms tomorrow!
