With over 28 years in education and 11 years of experience in educational technology, Pamela Rabin is a Coordinator of Educational Technology supporting the Innovation Division at the San Diego County Office of Education (SDCOE). She provides student-centered coaching, training, and facilitation to educational teams at all levels. With a strong background in technology integration, instructional design, curriculum development, graduate-level course planning, a Leading Edge Certification in Online and Blended Learning, and a Math Specialist Certification, Pamela Rabin is passionate about improving and advancing equitable student outcomes through a unified systems approach using data-driven and research-based strategies and tools. Pamela is a doctoral candidate in Educational Leadership at San Diego State University, where she also earned a Master of Arts in Educational Technology. Pamela is an Adjunct Professor at the University of San Diego, School of Leadership and Education Sciences, sharing expertise and insights with aspiring educators and future leaders.
